Easy Five Minuet Stir Fry Recipe: For Beginners

Vegan / Vegetarian Stir frys

First of all, Yum! Who doesn’t love a good stir fry ,especially when they only take 5 mins! I love them on the days where i am to lazy to cook, but i want something higher in nutrition and healthy! You can pair them with any carbohydrate you want; rice, noodles , pasta etc. The sauce is super simple to make. I learnt that specialty from my mother who is a fabulous cook and taught me one or two things! Hope you enjoy it as much as i do!

Tips for making it as quick and convenient as possible.:

  1. Fast cooking Veg ; Things like Spring onions, Kale, Bok choy and Mushrooms!
  2. Wack up that heat, the one dish you don’t have to worry about burning , I love a good crispy veg stir-fry , and a little bit of char adds the world of flavor.
  3. Go for rice noodles or pre-cooked noodles. They cook twice as fast as rice to make things easier for you. Just throw them in without the hassle of boiling extra water!
